In order for this to happen there will have to be documentation pertaining to the redistribution of the product.

Once the product has been dispatched it will then have to be transported to the customer. There will also have to be a system that this goes through so that the right transport is used for the delivery of the product. Only once the right system has been used will the customer get the replacement item. It is important that the customer who put in the claim is happy with the product when they get the new or replacement one. Having quality managed services will make the handling of such matters much easier.
